Direct Debit:
The process begins when the customer fills out the authorization form enclosed with this letter, giving TOMSA permission to withdraw the quarterly fee through our bank, Two River Community Bank. Payments will be deducted on or about the 25th of the month the payment is due. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, your account is charged the next business day. Customers are under no obligation to participate in this program and are able to withdraw from the program whenever they choose by simply requesting in writing two weeks before their account is to be charged.

Online bill pay is an electronic payment service that allows you to set up a secure online account to make one-time or recurring bill payments. The source of funds for the payments is usually a checking account and needs to be arranged through your bank.
